Terms & Conditions – kikrya Platform Rules and Player Agreement

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the kikrya website accessible at https://kikrya.bet and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kikrya platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the kikrya platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your kikrya account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or reward credits granted to your account by kikrya.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the kikrya platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform operations, promotion deadlines, and support hours.

Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on kikrya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the kikrya platform or any affiliated platform.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended kikrya account.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of kikrya or its technology partners.

kikrya reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify kikrya promptly if any of your registered details change.

Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your kikrya account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

kikrya will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, Telegram, SMS, live chat, or phone call. Any communication claiming to be from kikrya and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. kikrya accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: kikrya accepts deposits exclusively through approved Bangladeshi payment methods, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kikrya reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a per-account basis for security or compliance reasons.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless kikrya's compliance team approves an alternative method in writing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM BST are typically processed on the same day. kikrya reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

Verification before withdrawal: kikrya may require identity verification, source-of-funds confirmation, or additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Failure to cooperate with verification requests will result in the suspension of the withdrawal until the matter is resolved.

Failed or reversed transactions: If a deposit fails to credit your account, or a withdrawal is reversed by the payment provider, contact kikrya support with your transaction reference number. kikrya will investigate and resolve confirmed errors within 3 business days. kikrya accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

kikrya offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and Rewards programme benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, minimum qualifying bet size, maximum bet limit during active bonus wagering, and promotion expiry date are displayed on the relevant promotion page. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus abuse: kikrya actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit on a bonus, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is detected, kikrya reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and any associated winnings, close the account, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Rewards programme: Points earned through the kikrya Rewards programme are non-transferable, have no cash value unless converted through the redemption process, and expire as stated in the Rewards programme terms. Tier status and associated benefits are reviewed on a rolling basis and may change if qualifying activity thresholds are not maintained.

Gameplay, Betting Rules and Fair Play

All games and betting markets available on kikrya are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. Ignorance of the rules does not entitle a player to a refund or void settlement.

Sportsbook: Cricket and other sports betting markets on kikrya are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) unless otherwise stated. In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or suspended before the minimum number of overs or playing time required for settlement has been completed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino and live games: Outcomes in slot games, crash games, and other RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generators independently audited for fairness. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer in real time, with all sessions recorded. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kikrya platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Manipulating, reverse-engineering, or attempting to exploit any part of the platform's software.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud.

• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market.

• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial resale of odds or outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kikrya platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kikrya or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any kikrya content without express prior written consent from kikrya.

The kikrya name and brand mark are proprietary identifiers. Any unauthorised use of the kikrya name, logo, or branding in connection with third-party products, services, or marketing materials is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Personal Data

Limitation of Liability

Amendments, Account Closure and Termination

Amendments: kikrya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kikrya will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Voluntary account closure: You may request the closure of your kikrya account at any time by contacting support via Telegram @kikryaofficial or live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination by kikrya: kikrya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would present a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to the platform. In such cases, kikrya may withhold funds pending investigation.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
